Head of the – Garda National Economic Crime Bureau including the Irish Financial Intelligence Unit Pat who is originally from Drimoleague, West Cork, joined An Garda Síochána in 1986 and has served mainly in the Dublin Region but also worked in the South Eastern and Eastern Garda Regions. Pat has worked in Community Policing, Drugs, Prostitution Investigations, Serious Crime Investigations, Fraud and Financial Investigations, Financial Intelligence and Cybercrime. He has held the position of Detective in all ranks and has been at the forefront of  the investigation of serious crime for 24 years. Pat is a Senior Investigating Officer (S.I.O.) and  holds a B.Sc in Management Law from Trinity College Dublin.

In 2015, Pat took up his current position as Head of the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau. The Garda National Economic Crime Bureau is involved in many high profile investigations and is supported by Gardaí throughout the country trained in Fraud Investigation. Pat and his team have developed a Post Graduate Certificate in Fraud and E-Crime Investigation in association with University College Dublin. Pat was also the lead representative from An Garda Síochána  in the recent Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Review of Ireland.

Reece Smyth assumed his duties as Chargé d’affaires ad interim at the U.S. Embassy in Dublin on January 20th, 2017 after the departure of Former Ambassador Kevin O’Malley. Reece originally arrived in Dublin to take up the role of Deputy Chief of Mission on September 30, 2016. He came directly from an assignment at the U.S. Embassy in Beirut where he served as the Counselor for Political and Economic Affairs. Previously, he was Deputy Director of the State Department’s Office of UN Political Affairs with responsibility for the conduct of multilateral diplomacy with the UN Security Council and General Assembly.

Prior to that, Reece served at the U.S. Mission to NATO as the action officer in the NATO-Russia Council, as Senior Economic Officer in the State Department’s Office of Arabian Peninsula Affairs, and as a Watch Officer in the Operations Center. Other overseas tours include Skopje, Sarajevo, and Islamabad. Prior to joining the Foreign Service in 1999, Reece worked in the private sector as a senior trade consultant in London and New York. Reece is originally from Dayton, Ohio, but grew up in Houston, Texas. He is a graduate of Baylor University and holds an MPP from Princeton University and a master’s level degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He speaks Russian, Serbo-Croatian, and French.

Mike McConnell is a retired Vice Admiral, USN and former Vice Chairman of Booz Allen Hamilton where he served on the firm’s Leadership Team and led the firm’s intelligence and cyber security business. After retiring from the US Navy in 1996, Mr. McConnell joined Booz Allen, to lead development of the firm’s Information Assurance and Intelligence business focused on policy, operations, transformation, homeland security, intelligence analytics and counter-terrorism.

Upon being asked by President George W. Bush in 2007 to become the second US Director of National Intelligence (DNI), he left Booz Allen and served as the DNI, a position of cabinet rank, and a member of the White House National Security Council for two years under Presidents Bush and Obama. As the DNI he managed the expansive national Intelligence Community – an organization of over 100,000 people, and an annual budget of over $50B. During this time, he had extensive interactions with the White House, the President’s Cabinet, Congress, international leaders, and the US business community. In 2009, Mr. McConnell returned to Booz Allen as an executive vice president to lead the firm’s Intelligence business. In 2011 he was elevated to the position of Vice Chairman of the firm.

Mr. McConnell’s career has spanned over 50 years focused on international and foreign intelligence issues. His 29-year career as a US Navy intelligence officer included significant assignments that impacted national security. During Operation Desert Storm and the dissolution of the Soviet Union in the early 1990’s, Mr. McConnell served as the Intelligence Officer for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Colin Powell, and the Secretary of Defense, Dick Cheney. From 1992 to 1996 he served as the Director of the National Security Agency (DIRNSA) under Presidents George H.W. Bush and William J. Clinton. As DIRNSA, he led the agency during a critical period as it adapted to the multi-polar threats brought about by the end of the Cold War, providing global intelligence and information security services to the White House, Cabinet officials, Congress, and a broad array of military and civil intelligence agencies.

Mr. McConnell interest since his service as Director of NSA in 1992-96, has been to improve the cyber security posture of businesses and government agencies around the globe to better protect them from hackers, criminals, terrorists and nation states focused on economic espionage or destruction of vital data. He was successful during his time serving as the DNI to get two U.S. Presidents and the U.S. Congress to invest substantially, at the multi-Billion Dollar level, to improve cyber security standards for the US. Since his retirement from Booz Allen in 2014, Mr. McConnell has served on the Board of Directors or Advisors to a number of start-up companies to develop new technology and capabilities for improved cybersecurity posture. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Advisors to Florida’s state-wide Academic Cyber Security Center of Excellence based at the University of South Florida in Tampa and he currently serves on the US based Board of Directors of Nokia for US based business operations.

In addition to having been awarded many of the nation's highest military awards for meritorious service, Mr. McConnell has twice received the nation's highest award for service in the US Intelligence Community, once from President Clinton and once from President George W. Bush. He has also served as the Chairman and CEO of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). He is the 2011 recipient of INSA’s William Oliver Baker Award, which is awarded annually for sustained and excellent service in intelligence and national security.

Mr. McConnell holds an M.P.A. degree from George Washington University, is a graduate of the National Defense University (Global Telecom), the National Defense Intelligence College (Strategic Intelligence), and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Furman University. In addition to being a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Mr. McConnell has also been awarded three Honorary Doctorate degrees – the most recent from George Washington University in 2008.

John O'Dwyer was appointed Deputy Commissioner at the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (DPC) Ireland in August 2013. As the Deputy Commissioner, John initially had responsibilities across all functions of the office including compliance, audits, enforcement, investigations, breaches, registration and general administration.

Due to the growth of the office, and in preparation for GDPR, John has become the senior management lead for Investigations, Audits and International data transfers. Along with the Commissioner, he represents Ireland on the European Article 29 Working Group. Prior to joining the DPC, John worked in the Department of Justice across a number of policy and operational areas. He was also worked in Brussels on two occasions during Ireland’s Presidency of the EU in 2004 and 2013.

John Kindervag joined Palo Alto Networks as Field CTO in 2017 after eight and one half years at Forrester Research where he was a Vice President and Principal Analyst on the Security and Risk Team. John is considered one of the world’s foremost cybersecurity experts. He is best known for creating the revolutionary Zero Trust Model of Cybersecurity.

He currently advises both public and private sector organizations with the design and building of Zero Trust Networks and other Cybersecurity topics. He holds, or has held, numerous industry certifications, including QSA, CISSP, CEH, and CCNA. John has a practitioner background, having served as a security consultant, penetration tester, and security architect. He has particular expertise in the areas of secure network design, wireless security, and voice-over-IP hacking. He has been interviewed and published in numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and The New York Times. He has also appeared on television networks such as CNBC, Fox News, PBS, and Bloomberg discussion information security topics. John has spoken at many security conferences and events, including RSA, SXSW, ToorCon, ShmoCon, InfoSec Europe, and InfoSec World. John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Iowa and lives in Dallas, TX.

Mary O'Brien is Vice President of Engineering, IBM Security. She leads a global team of research and development professionals delivering the IBM Security Product portfolio. Mary has 30 years of industry experience developed through tenures in the Uk, US and Ireland. Currently based in Ireland, Mary earned her BEng degree from Dublin City University.

William is a Director of Global Product Security at Johnson Controls where he specialises in Smart Building Automation Systems Cyber Security. William has over 20 years Cyber Security experience within academic and industry domains. He has published over 25 peer-reviewed scientific publications in cyber security. Noel Liston is the Chief Information Officer at Aryzta Foods Europe. Prior to joining Aryzta as CIO in December 2016, Noel was Global Vice President of ICT with Kerry Group. A graduate of the University of Limerick, he joined the Graduate Programme of Kerry Group and worked his way up through a variety of Regional and Global Senior ICT roles in the organisation. Vivienne has over 10 years’ experience in the field of IT Forensics and Electronic Discovery. Prior to founding VMForensics , Vivienne worked as Managing Director at Rits Computer Forensics, and prior to that worked as Service Line Lead and manager at Deloitte’s Enterprise Risk Services Department. Throughout her career, she has worked on large electronic discovery cases both in Ireland and across Europe with various forensic teams. As part of her PhD studies, Vivienne was a member of of the Information Security Research Group at the University of Glamorgan. Vivienne obtained a PhD in the area of Computer Forensics from the University of Glamorgan and has contributed extensively in the area of IT Forensics Research. Vivienne holds positions on various academic boards for the validation of IT Forensic courses in Ireland and the UK.

In the early stages of his career Tom was the Senior Data Risk Management Specialist for the World Bank Treasury Security Team, where he was responsible for internal cyber-intelligence and policy and for advising central banks around the world about their cyber-risk posture and layered security architectures. In 2003, Tom co-authored the book "E-safety and Soundness: Securing Finance in a New Age."

Cliff is a highly respected IT Management Consultant and IT Architect with over 30 years experience, - Historically, he has focused on the Defence, Intelligence and Blue-Light sectors – however, more recently, he has been responsible for supporting IBMs customers in the Industrial/Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors.

Cliff’s day to day focus is on the development of new security business opportunities with specific customers in IE&U. The advent of the Internet of Things (IoT) and, specifically, the complex issues surrounding Industrial Controls Systems (ICS/SCADA) security have meant that Cliff’s activities have focused on the development of an end to end solution to address this huge emerging market. He brings hands-on experience to this effort from his days with the Eaton Corporation where he was involved in their global factory automation and integration programme.

Cliff is an enthusiastic collaborator and works very closely with colleagues in other IBM business units, and also with a number of specialist IBM Business Partners, to create compelling security solutions for his customers.

Julie Murphy is an ethical hacker at IBM and lectures part-time at ITB. Julie also has over 10 years technical experience in telecommunications working primarily with Fortune 500 companies. She has an MSc in Information Security and Digital Forensics and is currently working towards a PhD. Julie advocates education as a primary defence in security.

Achint Sehgal is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E , CIPM) and a Privacy Engineer at OneTrust – a global leader in enterprise privacy management software. In his role, Sehgal advises many of the world's leading organizations on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) solution implementations with extensive experience building and scaling enterprise-level privacy programs. Sehgal frequently speaks at industry events, including global PrivacyConnect workshops, where he provides deep insight into regulatory issues and practical approaches to compliance.

Prior to OneTrust, Sehgal spent several years as a solutions architect at global technology organizations, where he implemented infrastructures in the Human Capital Management, Procutre-to-Pay, and Order-2-Cash Saas spaces. He holds a M.S. in Manufacturing Systems and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Hank Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Strategic Cyber Ventures (SCV). Hank leverages 21 years of experience in cybersecurity, military intelligence, management consulting, and business to identify, assess, invest in, and mature differentiated business and technology teams positioned to revolutionize the cybersecurity landscape. Denis joined IBM through the acquisition of Vallent Technologies in February 2007. With the formation of the IBM Security unit in 2012, Denis joined the new unit to lead up Product Development. Since then he has lead a major transformation of the IBM Security product portfolio while also integrating a number of strategic acquisitions that have broadened the IBM Security capabilities in the market.

Rik Ferguson, Vice President of Security Research at Trend Micro, is a Special Advisor to Europol EC3, project leader with the International Cyber Security Prevention Alliance (ICSPA), Vice Chair of the Centre for Strategic Cyberspace & Security Science and advisor to various UK government technology forums. In April 2011 Rik was inducted into the Infosecurity Hall of Fame

As a presenter at global industry events such as RSA, Mobile World Congress, InfoSecurity, Virus Bulletin, RUSI and the e-Crime Congress, Rik addresses the challenges posed by emerging technology and online crime. He is frequently interviewed by the BBC, CNN, CNBC, Channel 4, Sky News and Al-Jazeera English and is quoted by national newspapers and trade publications throughout the world.

Rik writes the Countermeasures blog and is the lead spokesperson for Trend Micro, he also writes regular columns for CIO, ZDNet, T3 and several other European publications. In this position, Rik is actively engaged in research into online threats and the underground economy. He also researches the wider implications of new developments in the Information Technology arena and their impact on security both for consumers and in the enterprise.

Dave Allen is vice president of western Europe for Palo Alto Networks. In this role he is responsible for planning business strategy and overseeing its delivery to ensure outstanding sales performance and customer satisfaction across the UK, Ireland, South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa.

Dave joined Palo Alto Networks in February 2016 from NetApp, where he was vice president and general manager for Northern Europe. His twenty years in industry has included time in in roles ranging from subsea robotics engineer, sysadmin and technologist and evangelist, to operations and consulting, into sales and business leadership across multiple countries.

Dave holds a Masters in Microelectronics from the University of Edinburgh, and enjoys weight training, winter sports and has a keen interest in the latest gadgets.

Richard has worked for over 20 years in various senior technology management roles from software engineer through to CIO. Richard was involved in deploying the first Card Not Present currency exchange solution (DCC) in the European Card Payment market in 2005, and was CIO of the first Irish software company to achieve the Business Continuity Management Certification ISO22301 in 2012.

More recently Richard has been working as CIO for a software solution provider serving the largest US mortgage servicer, and is now spending his time managing IT risk and information security for a financial services multi-national.

Richard has been involved in ensuring all companies he works with attain and retain industry certification such as ISO27001, ISO22301, PCI DSS, and ITIL certifications. Enda Kyne is a Senior Executive with significant experience in IT consulting, management consulting, IT management, business leadership and business change.  With a career to date spanning over 30 years, Enda has worked in large structured corporate environments and also in rapidly growing start-up organisations.  He joined FBD Insurance plc as Chief Technology and Operations Office in January 2017, having previously worked with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Pathfinder, Bank of Ireland, Vision Consulting and Cap Gemini in a number of senior roles. He was also appointed to the e-Health Ireland Committee by the HSE Directorate in 2015. Enda holds a BSc in Information Technology from Dublin City University.

Kurt has spent more than twelve years of his career in the FBI’s Counterintelligence and Cyber Divisions working cases that protected national security. His primary focus has been state-sponsored Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) intrusions cases that included cross-jurisdictional cooperation at all levels of government. From 2010-2012, Kurt was assigned to FBI Headquarters as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Cyber Division, he coordinated and led multiple teams that were investigating and mitigating various APT threats. He received the FBI Director's Award for Excellence and the U.S. Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service for the groundbreaking case against the five 3PLA hackers charged with economic espionage in 2014. He is currently the Assistant Legal Attaché for the FBI in London, where he represents the FBI on cyber matters.

Niamh is DocuSigns EU Information Security Director. She joined DocuSign with 15 years’ experience in the Information Security profession. The first 12 years of her career were spent working on Information Security teams for an Irish Financial Institution (AIB), she then progressed her career to manage the security strategy program portfolio for an Irish online eGaming company (Paddy Power). In 2014 she took her career global and set-up the EMEA Privacy and Compliance team for a cloud application provider (Workday) embedding privacy and compliance into the European headquarters here in Dublin.

She describes herself as “Born to Protect” as she protected the goals in her football sporting life and continues to protect data in her professional life. Niamh qualified as the youngest female in Ireland to obtain the Information Security CISSP qualification back in 2004. Dr. Gladyshev is an internationally recognized expert in the field of digital forensics and cybercrime investigation. He holds a PhD in Computer Science with specialization in Digital Forensics, and his academic research focuses on the development of automated reasoning algorithms for analysis of digital evidence.

Dr. Gladyshev has been working with the Law Enforcement since 1998 when he designed the first cybercrime training course for An Garda Siochana. He joined University College Dublin as a lecturer in 2005 and directed the development of UCD’s MSc in Forensic Computing and Cybercrime Investigation that became an international success story with over 150 law enforcement students enrolled annually. Dr. Gladyshev founded Digital Forensics Investigation Research Laboratory (DigitalFIRE) in 2007 and established UCD’s MSc programme in Digital Investigation and Forensic Computing for the private sector in 2009.

In his extra curricular capacity Dr. Gladyshev serves as an invited expert to INTERPOL Global Cybercrime Expert Group and works part-time as a director consultant in the digital forensics division of Grant Thornton Ireland. He also serves as a cybercrime department editor for the IEEE Security and Privacy Magazine and participates as editorial board member in the production of several academic journals in the field of digital forensics and cybercrime investigation. In 2014, Dr. Gladyshev was elected to the board of directors of DFRWS.org a US not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of digital forensics education worldwide, and he is chairing the technical programme committee of DFRWS EU 2017 conference that will take place in Germany in March 21-23 of next year.

Sean Kanuck is an attorney and strategic consultant who advises governments, corporations, and entrepreneurs on the future of information technology. Jon Clay is responsible for managing marketing messages and external publication of all the threat research and intelligence within Trend Micro as well different core technologies. As an accomplished public speaker with hundreds of speaking sessions around the globe, Jon focuses on the threat landscape and the use of big data in protecting against today’s sophisticated threats. Jon has held roles within Trend Micro as a Sales Engineer, Sales Engineering Manager, Training Manager and Product Marketing Manager for SMB prior to taking over as Director of Global Threat Communications. Jon is also a volunteer speaker for the Trend Micro Internet Safety for Kids and Families program. Jeff is a Managing Director and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at BNY Mellon. As CISO, he is responsible for defining, building and operating a highfunctioning, enterprise-level cyber-security organization that securely enables BNY Mellon's core businesses, protects the assets of the company and its clients, and preserves shareholder value. The security organization collaborates with a wide range of internal and external clients to securely enable new technologies and securely drive innovation across all BNY Mellon platforms and services. Jeff is also a member of the senior leadership team for BNY Mellon's Client Technology Solutions group. Previously, Jeff led the Cyber Financial Services practice at the consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. During his 18 year tenure with Booz Allen, Jeff provided cyber security services and expertise to a wide range of financial institutions as well as other commercial and government clients. His experience includes providing cyber security support to many of he top U.S. and global financial institutions and helping complex financial services organizations establish comprehensive cyber security strategies, to providing technical assessment services such as penetration testing and dynamic web assessments for mission critical platforms and applications. In his role at Booz Allen, Jeff led a number of regulatory compliance and cyber security engagements for BNY Mellon, establishing a strong foundation for his current role as CISO. Mr. Lunglhofer has held a variety of technical cyber security certifications over the course of his career, and received his undergraduate degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.

Chad Holmes is a Partner/Principal, CTO, and Strategy, Innovation and Growth leader for Ernst & Young’s LLP’s (EY) Advisory Services Cybersecurity practice. He is also the global threat intelligence & cyber digital leader and has more than 18 years in the cybersecurity space that extends across all industries at a global scale. Chad also holds a top secret government clearance because of his work as a cyber intelligence liaison officer.

Directly prior to EY, Chad was the Chief Technology and Intelligence Officer at FireEye/Mandiant, where he was on the forefront of helping organizations prepare for, respond to and contain some of the largest cybersecurity breaches and malicious actors. He focused on providing strategic direction to mature and optimize organizations overall security posture. During his tenure at FireEye/Mandiant, he was able to translate business objectives into actionable, repeatable and reliable cybersecurity solutions that he delivered to the market. JMr. Trent R. Teyema is a dynamic and motivational Senior Executive Service (SES) Special Agent with the FBI. He is a leader with over 25 years of extensive background in high-risk national security and law enforcement environments. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in information security, incident response, digital forensics, and cybersecurity policy. Mr. Teyema currently is the FBI’s Chief for Cyber Readiness and Chief Operating Officer where he is responsible for all business operations for the Cyber Division. In this role, he drove operating strategy and execution which increased the overall cyber readiness posture of the FBI. Most recently, he served as the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of Counterintelligence, Cyber, and digital forensics for the Los Angeles Field Office. Prior to this, he was a Senior Supervisory Inspector in the Inspection Division responsible for conducting audits, inspections, After Action Reviews of mass casualty events. As the first Cyber Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) at the Washington Field Office (WFO), he established the Cyber Branch, which was responsible for all cyber, intellectual property rights, crimes against children investigations, and directed three digital forensic laboratories. Mr. Teyema and his team were nominated for the 2013 FBI’s Director’s Award for Technology Innovation for the accomplishments of the National Forensics Task Force. From 2010 to 2011, he served as the Director of Cybersecurity Policy on the White House’s National Security Council, where he was responsible for managing US Government’s response to national cyber incidents and the formulation of cybersecurity policy. In 2008, Mr. Teyema was the FBI’s Nation Program Office Chief for President Bush’s Comprehensive National Cyber Initiative (CNCI). At the same time he founded and led the FBI’s National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF) which coordinated and investigated the most serious cyber threats to the national and economic security of the United States. In 2010, he received the 2010 FBI Director’s Award for Excellence in Technology Innovation for his successes at the NCIJTF. Mr. Teyema began his FBI career in 1995 as a Special Agent in Los Angeles, CA where he investigated some of the most high profile and significant cybercrime cases in the country, to include the first Internet stock manipulation scheme. Sean Weppner is a skilled technologist, strategic business leader, and cybersecurity expert experienced in building solutions and leading engineering and data science teams within the commercial space and the United States Defense and Intelligence Communities. As Managing Director for Operations at Nisos Group, Sean oversees client engagement, product management, and is responsible for building the firm's technology partnership strategy. His unique background allows him to provide the bridge between the highly technical prowess of Nisos’ operators and the needs of business leaders to drive impacts and outcomes for Nisos Group's many clients. Simone Petrella is Chief Cybersecurity Officer at CyberVista, where she leads product development and delivery of cybersecurity training and education curriculums as well as workforce initiatives for executives, cyber practitioners, and continuing education. Previously, Simone was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where she helped build the firm's cybersecurity practice in the commercial sector focusing on the creation of cyber fusion centers and the integration of cyber threat intelligence, security operations, and cyber defense operations into effective cyber security operations. For a decade she led the firm's all source cyber threat intelligence business in the national security and Defense sectors, where she built out a threat capability and team with in depth subject matter expertise in all aspects of cyber threat intelligence, including intelligence support to both defensive and offensive operations. Her areas of specialty included predictive cyber intelligence based on an understanding of the threat adversary and developing service offerings to integrate intelligence into exercises to provide realistic cyber scenarios. JD Sherry is well-versed in enterprise security and data center architecture and has successfully implemented large-scale public, private and hybrid clouds emphasizing security architecture best practices. Over the last decade, Sherry has established himself as a trusted senior advisor for the protection of the payment card industry (PCI), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and personally identi able information (PII) data. As vice president of portfolio strategy in the O ce of the CISO at Optiv, Sherry focuses on security and compliance aspects that enable clients to be successful in planning, building and running their cloud ecosystems, spanning across private, public and most commonly hybrid cloud computing environments. While at NIC/EGOV.com, he managed technology platforms that processed more than $18 billion in payments on behalf of citizens, businesses and governments. Sherry also held various leadership positions at Honeywell FM&T, which manufactures and assembles 85 percent of the non-nuclear components in nuclear weapons. He previously held a Top Secret clearance, and has an MBA IT degree from Jones University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska.

Yvette Connor is the Chief Risk Officer at Focal Point Data Risk, LLC.  In that role, she leads Focal Point’s Executive Risk Consulting practice, as well as taking a strategic role overseeing the firm’s Cyber Balance Sheet initiative. Yvette joined Focal Point from consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), where she was Managing Director of Insurance and Risk Advisory Services with a dedicated focus on enterprise-wide risk management and compliance. Prior to A&M, she served as the Director of Client Engagement for Marsh, where she was responsible for the top 1500 client relationships and a member of the analytics team supporting Global Risk Management clients. She previously was the Director of Risk Management at Vulcan Inc., a privately held company, with a diverse portfolio of more than 200 operating companies, where she led the development of a multi-disciplinary risk management department. Earlier, she served as Vice President of Risk Management at Roll International, a global food producer. In 2013, Business Insurance magazine named Connor as one of the “Women to Watch” in Risk Management and Insurance. In 2009, Treasury and Risk magazine recognized Connor as one of the top “40 under 40” professionals in her field.
