She also oversees communication strategy for the topics of cybersecurity, data privacy and cloud service reliability, responding to customer, media and industry influentials around the clock. Tracey is also responsible for the company’s outreach to a wide variety of individuals and companies working in the field of security, which includes sharing information regarding threat research and intelligence, events for security researchers to encourage the responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities, and active protection programs for the security community. She drives global strategies to address company perception on topics that can influence customer trust in technology, and areas of accessibility and geopolitical quality are additional responsibilities. Tracey works closely with executives and colleagues to provide details for customers and partners to take any necessary action, if or when, needed. She is a regular speaker at customer engagements, law enforcement discussion forums, and industry events. Tracey also meets regularly with customers to share best practices for the protection of critical infrastructure and information technology systems. Before forming SCV, Hank served an 11-year tenure as an executive at Booz Allen Hamilton—a global strategy, technology, and consulting firm—leading a consulting business focused on military grade cybersecurity for both commercial and government clients. His commercial client base included Fortune 100 financial services, retail, global manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, energy, and oil and gas clients. Sean Kanuck is an attorney and strategic consultant who advises governments, corporations, and entrepreneurs on the future of information technology. Sean is affiliated with Stanford University's Center for International Security and Cooperation and has received several international appointments, including: Director of the Future Conflict and Cyber Security program at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (London, England), Chair of the Research Advisory Group for the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace (Hague, Netherlands), Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), and Distinguished Fellow with the Observer Research Foundation (New Delhi, India).

Sean served as the United States' first National Intelligence Officer for Cyber Issues from 2011 to 2016. He came to the National Intelligence Council after a decade of experience with the Central Intelligence Agency’s Information Operations Center, the White House National Security Council, and the United States delegation to the United Nations Group of Governmental Experts on international information security. Prior to government service, Sean practiced law with Skadden Arps in New York, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and banking matters. He holds degrees from Harvard University (A.B., J.D.), the London School of Economics (M.Sc.), and the University of Oslo (LL.M.). He also proudly serves as a Trustee of the Center for Excellence in Education in McLean, Virginia.

Tom Kellermann formerly held the position of Senior Data Risk Management Specialist the World Bank Treasury Security Team. Tom was responsible for Cyber-intelligence and policy management within the World Bank Treasury. Tom regularly advised central banks around the world per their cyber-risk posture and layered security architectures. Along with Thomas Glaessner and Valerie McNevin, he co-authored the book E-safety and Soundness: Securing Finance in a New Age and the White Paper, E-security: Risk Mitigation in Financial Transactions. Tom is also the author of numerous World Bank white papers on cyber security: Mobile Risk Management, The Digital Insider, Phishing in Digital Streams, Bots: Cyber Parasites, Zero Day, and Money Laundering in Cyberspace.

Tom is a Commissioner on The Commission on Cyber Security for the 44th Presidency. JMr. Trent R. Teyema is a dynamic and motivational Senior Executive Service (SES) Special Agent with the FBI. He is a leader with over 25 years of extensive background in high-risk national security and law enforcement environments. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in information security, incident response, digital forensics, and cybersecurity policy. Mr. Teyema currently is the FBI’s Chief for Cyber Readiness and Chief Operating Officer where he is responsible for all business operations for the Cyber Division. In this role, he drove operating strategy and execution which increased the overall cyber readiness posture of the FBI. Most recently, he served as the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of Counterintelligence, Cyber, and digital forensics for the Los Angeles Field Office. Prior to this, he was a Senior Supervisory Inspector in the Inspection Division responsible for conducting audits, inspections, After Action Reviews of mass casualty events. As the first Cyber Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) at the Washington Field Office (WFO), he established the Cyber Branch, which was responsible for all cyber, intellectual property rights, crimes against children investigations, and directed three digital forensic laboratories. Mr. Teyema and his team were nominated for the 2013 FBI’s Director’s Award for Technology Innovation for the accomplishments of the National Forensics Task Force. From 2010 to 2011, he served as the Director of Cybersecurity Policy on the White House’s National Security Council, where he was responsible for managing US Government’s response to national cyber incidents and the formulation of cybersecurity policy. In 2008, Mr. Teyema was the FBI’s Nation Program Office Chief for President Bush’s Comprehensive National Cyber Initiative (CNCI). At the same time he founded and led the FBI’s National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF) which coordinated and investigated the most serious cyber threats to the national and economic security of the United States. In 2010, he received the 2010 FBI Director’s Award for Excellence in Technology Innovation for his successes at the NCIJTF. Mr. Teyema began his FBI career in 1995 as a Special Agent in Los Angeles, CA where he investigated some of the most high profile and significant cybercrime cases in the country, to include the first Internet stock manipulation scheme. Simone Petrella is Chief Cybersecurity Officer at CyberVista, where she leads product development and delivery of cybersecurity training and education curriculums as well as workforce initiatives for executives, cyber practitioners, and continuing education. Previously, Simone was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where she helped build the firm's cybersecurity practice in the commercial sector focusing on the creation of cyber fusion centers and the integration of cyber threat intelligence, security operations, and cyber defense operations into effective cyber security operations. For a decade she led the firm's all source cyber threat intelligence business in the national security and Defense sectors, where she built out a threat capability and team with in depth subject matter expertise in all aspects of cyber threat intelligence, including intelligence support to both defensive and offensive operations. Her areas of specialty included predictive cyber intelligence based on an understanding of the threat adversary and developing service offerings to integrate intelligence into exercises to provide realistic cyber scenarios. As vice president of portfolio strategy in the O ce of the CISO at Optiv, Sherry focuses on security and compliance aspects that enable clients to be successful in planning, building and running their cloud ecosystems, spanning across private, public and most commonly hybrid cloud computing environments. Sherry also o ers strategic consulting at the C-level and board level. Previously, Sherry spent the last decade in senior leadership roles, most recently serving as CEO of cloud cyber security upstart Cavirin, transforming them into a risk and compliance player. Under his leadership, Cavirin was ranked among the top 20 ho est cyber security companies in 2015, according to Cybersecurity Ventures. Additionally, Sherry served as global vice president for Trend Micro where he focused on cyber security program e orts, managing vendor relationships and collaborating on business development activities pertaining to the advancement of cyber security best practices.

Prior to Trend Micro, Sherry served as vice president of technology for seven years at publicly traded NIC/EGOV, where he was chartered to lead corporate technology initiatives and formulate EGOV.com’s centralized security and technology vision. While at NIC/EGOV.com, he managed technology platforms that processed more than $18 billion in payments on behalf of citizens, businesses and governments. Sherry also held various leadership positions at Honeywell FM&T, which manufactures and assembles 85 percent of the non-nuclear components in nuclear weapons. Sherry interfaces regularly with the media to provide expert insight on the state of cyber security and how individuals and organizations can adequately protect themselves from loss. He previously held a Top Secret clearance, and has an MBA IT degree from Jones University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska.

Yvette joined Focal Point from consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), where she was Managing Director of Insurance and Risk Advisory Services with a dedicated focus on enterprise-wide risk management and compliance. Prior to A&M, she served as the Director of Client Engagement for Marsh, where she was responsible for the top 1500 client relationships and a member of the analytics team supporting Global Risk Management clients. She previously was the Director of Risk Management at Vulcan Inc., a privately held company, with a diverse portfolio of more than 200 operating companies, where she led the development of a multi-disciplinary risk management department. Earlier, she served as Vice President of Risk Management at Roll International, a global food producer. Tom Kellermann formerly held the position of Senior Data Risk Management Specialist the World Bank Treasury Security Team. Tom was responsible for Cyber-intelligence and policy management within the World Bank Treasury. Tom regularly advised central banks around the world per their cyber-risk posture and layered security architectures. Along with Thomas Glaessner and Valerie McNevin, he co-authored the book E-safety and Soundness: Securing Finance in a New Age and the White Paper, E-security: Risk Mitigation in Financial Transactions. Tom is also the author of numerous World Bank white papers on cyber security: Mobile Risk Management, The Digital Insider, Phishing in Digital Streams, Bots: Cyber Parasites, Zero Day, and Money Laundering in Cyberspace.

Tom is a Commissioner on The Commission on Cyber Security for the 44th Presidency. Tom also serves as a member of the Financial Coalition Against Child Pornography, the IP Governance Task Force, The National Consumer League’s Anti-Phishing Working Group, The New York Chapter of Infragard, the IPv6 Forum and is an active member of the American Bar Association’s working group on Cyber-crime. Tom is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Rik Ferguson, Vice President of Security Research at Trend Micro, is a Special Advisor to Europol EC3, project leader with the International Cyber Security Prevention Alliance (ICSPA), Vice Chair of the Centre for Strategic Cyberspace & Security Science and advisor to various UK government technology forums. In April 2011 Rik was inducted into the Infosecurity Hall of Fame

As a presenter at global industry events such as RSA, Mobile World Congress, InfoSecurity, Virus Bulletin, RUSI and the e-Crime Congress, Rik addresses the challenges posed by emerging technology and online crime. He is frequently interviewed by the BBC, CNN, CNBC, Channel 4, Sky News and Al-Jazeera English and is quoted by national newspapers and trade publications throughout the world.

Rik writes the Countermeasures blog and is the lead spokesperson for Trend Micro, he also writes regular columns for CIO, ZDNet, T3 and several other European publications. In this position, Rik is actively engaged in research into online threats and the underground economy. He also researches the wider implications of new developments in the Information Technology arena and their impact on security both for consumers and in the enterprise.

Dave Allen is vice president of western Europe for Palo Alto Networks. In this role he is responsible for planning business strategy and overseeing its delivery to ensure outstanding sales performance and customer satisfaction across the UK, Ireland, South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa.

Dave joined Palo Alto Networks in February 2016 from NetApp, where he was vice president and general manager for Northern Europe. His twenty years in industry has included time in in roles ranging from subsea robotics engineer, sysadmin and technologist and evangelist, to operations and consulting, into sales and business leadership across multiple countries.

Dave holds a Masters in Microelectronics from the University of Edinburgh, and enjoys weight training, winter sports and has a keen interest in the latest gadgets.

More recently Richard has been working as CIO for a software solution provider serving the largest US mortgage servicer, and is now spending his time managing IT risk and information security for a financial services multi-national.

Richard has been involved in ensuring all companies he works with attain and retain industry certification such as ISO27001, ISO22301, PCI DSS, and ITIL certifications. From 2010-2012, Kurt was assigned to FBI Headquarters as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Cyber Division, he coordinated and led multiple teams that were investigating and mitigating various APT threats. He received the FBI Director's Award for Excellence and the U.S. Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service for the groundbreaking case against the five 3PLA hackers charged with economic espionage in 2014. A graduate of Dublin City University and University of Dortmund (Germany), Dervla has held a variety of tech leadership roles spanning sales, marketing and operations functions, both in Ireland and abroad (Germany, The Netherlands and UK). Prior to this, Dervla operated in mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on emerging growth markets. Dr. Gladyshev is an internationally recognized expert in the field of digital forensics and cybercrime investigation. He holds a PhD in Computer Science with specialization in Digital Forensics, and his academic research focuses on the development of automated reasoning algorithms for analysis of digital evidence.

Dr. Gladyshev has been working with the Law Enforcement since 1998 when he designed the first cybercrime training course for An Garda Siochana. He joined University College Dublin as a lecturer in 2005 and directed the development of UCD’s MSc in Forensic Computing and Cybercrime Investigation that became an international success story with over 150 law enforcement students enrolled annually. Dr. Gladyshev founded Digital Forensics Investigation Research Laboratory (DigitalFIRE) in 2007 and established UCD’s MSc programme in Digital Investigation and Forensic Computing for the private sector in 2009.

In his extra curricular capacity Dr. Gladyshev serves as an invited expert to INTERPOL Global Cybercrime Expert Group and works part-time as a director consultant in the digital forensics division of Grant Thornton Ireland. He also serves as a cybercrime department editor for the IEEE Security and Privacy Magazine and participates as editorial board member in the production of several academic journals in the field of digital forensics and cybercrime investigation. In 2014, Dr. Gladyshev was elected to the board of directors of DFRWS.org a US not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of digital forensics education worldwide, and he is chairing the technical programme committee of DFRWS EU 2017 conference that will take place in Germany in March 21-23 of next year.
